All cleaning services must be booked through our website, phone, or email system. We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with emergency services available on Sundays.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Emergency cancellations due to serious illness or family emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be exempt from penalty fees.

4.3 Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your service appointment. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as follows:

• Regular services are payable upon completion or monthly in advance for subscription plans
• One-time deep cleaning services require 50% deposit upon booking
• Commercial services may require payment terms of 30 days from invoice date
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash

Prices may be subject to change with 7 days written notice. Any additional services requested during the cleaning appointment will be charged at our standard rates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
